In case you were wondering , YES we support the 2010 Aboriginal Power Cup! Its a fantastic Program that teaches young Aboriginal kids about more than just football.
The Aboriginal Power Cup is a joint initiative between the Port Adelaide Football Club, the South Australian Aboriginal Sports Training Academy and the Government of South Australia - Attorney-General's Department - with support from the South Australian National Football League.
The competition aims to develop young Aboriginal people’s leadership skills and encourage them to seek positive outcomes in life. Students must have a high school attendance and contribute curriculum work to play in the football carnival. The Power Cup Grand Final is played between the two teams that perform best in all aspects of the competition - not just football.
